Zunu Hosting is a managed web hosting provider focused on reliability, performance, and straightforward infrastructure. We offer shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, managed WordPress, cloud hosting, and email — without the overselling and gimmicks common in the industry.
We currently operate nodes in Ashburn, VA (US East), Chicago, IL (US Midwest), Kansas City, MO (US Central), Stockholm, Sweden (EU North), and Singapore (AP Southeast). You can see live status on our Status page.
We don't offer free trials, but we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most hosting plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Mostly that we don't oversell resources, don't hide limitations in fine print, and don't route every support request through a chatbot. We're a lean operation — which means when something needs attention, it gets it faster. No ticket queues stretching days.
For small sites and personal projects, shared hosting handles it fine. If you need root access, more resources, or isolation from other users, a VPS is the right move. High-traffic or resource-intensive applications do best on dedicated or cloud. Not sure? Ask us — we'll be straight with you about what you actually need.
Yes. Shared hosting plans support multiple domains and sites. VPS and dedicated plans can host as many sites as your resources comfortably support. There's no artificial per-site limit baked into the platform.
Yes — both on shared hosting with one-click install, and via our dedicated Managed WordPress plan which handles updates, security, caching, backups, and comes with a staging environment included.
Yes. We offer free site migrations from other hosts for new accounts. Get in touch with your current host details and we'll handle the transfer with minimal disruption.
We support Ubuntu LTS (20.04, 22.04, 24.04), Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and CentOS Stream. Custom ISO installs are available for dedicated servers on request.
Shared and Managed WordPress plans use cPanel. VPS and Dedicated are provisioned clean — you can install Plesk, cPanel, CyberPanel, or manage via command line. We don't force a panel on you if you don't want one.
Yes. Free Let's Encrypt SSL is automatically provisioned and renewed for all domains on all plans. If you need a wildcard certificate, EV certificate, or multi-domain SAN cert, those are available as add-ons.
Daily backups with a 7-day retention period on all plans, stored offsite. Managed WordPress includes one-click restore. VPS and Dedicated customers can also run their own backup jobs alongside ours.
Yes, all nodes are dual-stack IPv4/IPv6. IPv6 addresses are allocated by default on VPS and Dedicated plans.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all plans. In the event of downtime attributable to us that falls below that threshold, we issue service credits. Planned maintenance windows are scheduled off-peak and announced in advance.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans over a certain threshold. Cryptocurrency is not currently supported.
Both options are available. Monthly billing is available on all plans with no long-term commitment. Annual billing is available at a discount. Cloud hosting is billed hourly.
Yes — 30 days on shared, VPS, and Managed WordPress plans. Dedicated server orders are not eligible due to provisioning costs. Domain registrations are also non-refundable per ICANN policy.
You can cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support. We don't make cancellation difficult. If you're cancelling because of a problem, let us know first — we'd rather fix it.
Infrastructure monitoring runs 24/7. Ticket support is staffed during business hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–20:00 UTC) with on-call coverage for critical outages outside those hours. We aim to respond to all tickets within 4 hours during staffed hours.
Through the billing portal once you're a customer. Pre-sales questions can be sent via the contact form.
Our support covers the hosting infrastructure — the server, network, and platform. Application-level support (debugging your code, configuring your app) is outside standard scope but available on Managed WordPress and through optional managed services add-ons on VPS/Dedicated.
Our Status page is updated in real time. If you're experiencing an issue that isn't reflected there, open a ticket and we'll investigate.
